Digital Program Associate

SBDigital is seeking a Digital Program Associate who is an enthusiastic, creative, self-starter who will work closely with the rest of the SBDigital team to assist with the day-to-day activities of multiple progressive communications campaigns. 

Responsibilities:

  • Placing ad buys using multiple demand-side platforms 

  • Writing proposals to assist the marketing process and onboarding new clients.    

  • Working with clients to develop a media plan off of their budget and needs.

  • Coordinating with the graphic design team to ensure that client needs are being met.

  • Drafting and copyediting share text, creative text, and video scripts.

  • Reporting on active ad campaigns to ensure that campaigns are running efficiently and effectively in our reporting dashboard.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have a passion for digital marketing in the political space

  • Experience with MS Office and Google Suite

  • Experience with Adobe Suite

  • Experience with ad buying through Facebook Ads Manager (or other platforms) is required

  • Campaign experience is a plus

  • Basic photo editing is a plus


This position requires excellent interpersonal communication, tech-savviness, the ability to coordinate multiple projects with competing deadlines, quick learning, and a willingness to work in a collaborative team atmosphere.

Front End Designer

SBDigital is looking for a Front-End Web Designer to help us build top-notch, industry-leading websites for Progressive, Democratic candidates. We are looking for a candidate with a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to build websites of varying functionality and design.

Responsibilities:

 

  • In charge of the ongoing maintenance of websites

  • Designing websites from scratch

  • Assisting with other design tasks and creatives

  • Lead on projects and communicating with back end developers

  • Consulting with clients on a regular basis

  • Must be able to balance and effectively manage multiple projects at one time


Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience with Adobe Suite 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Consulting with clients on calls

  • Ability to assist with other design products including print design

  • Time management

  • Ability to work with a team

  • Meet deadlines and prioritize appropriately with other team members

  • Experience with UI/UX optimization is a plus

Digital Fellowship

SBDigital is seeking Digital Fellow who is an enthusiastic, creative, self-starter to join our progressive political communications tech firm. SBDigital, located right off DuPont Circle in Washington D.C., specializes in a full range of digital communication services. If you wish to play an integral role in a busy, expanding team, with opportunities for advancement, this is an excellent opportunity. 

 

You will work closely with the rest of the SBDigital team to assist with the day-to-day activities of multiple progressive communications campaigns. Daily duties will include project research, project tracking, basic data analysis, digital ad buying placements, messaging, proof-reading, administrative office duties, and assisting team members as needed. 

 

Applicants for this position should have an interest in digital marketing in the political space. Experience with standard MS Office and Google suite is required. Applicants with campaign experience, digital advertising, social media platform experience, or basic photo editing experience is a plus. Email Campaigns Fellowship

SBDigital is seeking an Email Fellow to join our progressive political communications consulting firm. Located right off DuPont Circle in Washington D.C., we provide a full range of digital communications services to a wide spectrum of clients throughout the progressive space. This is an excellent opportunity If you wish to play an integral role in a busy, expanding team, with opportunities for advancement. 

 

You would work closely with the SBDigital team to assist with all aspects of email campaigns, including writing copy, creating unique graphics, managing email lists in NGP, generating online petitions, creating ActBlue forms, assisting in list acquisition, drafting social media, and developing messaging plans.

 

You should have an interest in digital communications, political writing, and email campaigns. Experience writing copy for a candidate, elected official, or organization and experience using an email management platform is preferred. Additional experience with ActBlue and Adobe Photoshop or InDesign is appreciated.

 

If you have had a sense of strategic political writing and the ability to quickly adapt and expand on new messaging concepts, this position is ideal for you. A willingness to learn new skills that complement email campaign strategy is key in this role. You will be paid a living wage and may be considered for full-time employment at the conclusion of the fellowship.

Graphic Design Fellowship

SBDigital is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Graphic Design Fellow to join our progressive political communications consulting firm. Located right off DuPont Circle in Washington D.C., we provide a full range of digital communications services to a wide spectrum of clients throughout the progressive space. If you wish to play an integral role in a busy, expanding digital team, with opportunities for advancement, this is an excellent opportunity for you.


You would work closely with the SBDigital design team to assist with all aspects of design projects, including digital advertising creatives, video advertisements, Snapchat filters, email graphics, info-graphics, logos, websites, book covers, marketing documents, and promotional materials.


You should have an interest in graphic design and specifically political digital marketing. Experience with Photoshop is required, and strong preference will be given to those having additional experience with (or indicated an interest in) animation or digital video production (e.g. After Effects, Premiere/Final Cut Pro X). Additional experience within the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and InDesign, will also be considered. Understanding of social media platforms is a plus. You must be tech-savvy, be able to learn quickly, and have a willingness to work and grow in a fast-paced team atmosphere. You will be paid a living wage and may be considered for full-time employment at the conclusion of the three-month fellowship.
